Q. When will we receive our first Invoice from Western Reserve Pure Water?
A. All invoices and statements sent after 12/31/2020 will be from Western Reserve Pure Water. Your invoices will continue to be sent after the next service is performed or on your monthly bill.

Q. What if we sent our payments using the old remit-to address after January 1, 2021?
A. Don’t worry, they will still come to us. Please be sure to update your records so that future payments are sent to our corporate office.

Q. What if we need new tax exemption, W-9, certificate of insurance, Bureau of Workers Compensation or additional documentation?
